For over 50 years, Johnson Welded Products has specialized in manufacturing air tanks and reservoirs, earning its reputation as a leader in the industry. We currently supply air reservoirs to top-tier suppliers of tractor-trailers, military vehicles, public transportation, and public safety vehicles worldwide.
Our commitment extends to maintaining a clean, safe, and community-focused work environment for our employees. We take pride in producing high-quality, hand-built, American-made products from our 175,000-square-foot facility in Urbana, Ohio, conveniently located just north of Interstate 70 and east of Interstate 75.
In March 2024, Johnson Welded Products, Inc. was acquired by Tramec, LLC, a company that operates numerous manufacturing and distribution facilities across North America, Asia, and Australia. Tramec, LLC serves various vertical markets, including commercial vehicle and automotive, industrial, HVAC, lawn and garden, recreational vehicle, marine, construction, and agriculture. Their brand portfolio includes Tramec Sloan, Fleet Engineers, Penz Products, Continental-Aero, Esdan Plastics, Tramec Plastics & Composites, CS Automation, Boehm & Leckner Multi Moulds, and Johnson Welded Products.
